Purpose of that integration is to collect feedback of clients who connect to your captive wifi portal.
Different methods can be used to integrate Critizr connection with your captive Wifi portal according to your cinematic:
- Add a cta on the success screen of your wifi portal
- Redirect your customer to your brand web site and open Critizr survey technology
- Add the surveys as mandatory (or not, with the possibility to close it) in your client connection journey
Install the Critizr Web SDK in your wifi solution if you have not already done so.
Once connected your customer can be redirected to your brand web page and you can easily pop-up Critizr survey, see Web link Open pop-in.
For that purpose you can refer to Launch Critizr interfaces using the SDK.
Mandatory... or not ?
We recommend that you do not put the Critizr survey as mandatory otherwise verbatims and ratings collected might be of low qualities.
We recommend to propose a CTA with a button once connected.
